The closure, which initially appeared to be an unfortunate outcome of a dispute between the Board of Directors and employees, turned out to be a complex web of mystery.
I invite you all to listen to a 5-minute podcast on the rise of female referees in football. I did the podcast in December 2023 as part of my MSc in International Journalism at the University of Stirling. Speakers on this podcast are Regan Ott, football referee (USA); Rahul V Krishnan, football referee and sports psychologist (India); Gordon Nicolson, football coach (Scotland); and Sooraj Sasikumar, football fan (India). Thank you!
